Warranty (Nokia only)

A phone is deemed to be in warranty if

The Nokia database shows it to be less than 1 year old
OR
The customer can provide Proof of Purchase showing the phone to be less than 1 year old (Receipt must have a VAT number and not be hand written – we cannot accept contracts)

The Phone has not suffered any customer damage

The phone has not had any liquid damage

Most repairs are carried out on site (approximately 85%) while you wait, some more intricate repairs can take a couple of hours. In the event of us not being able to repair your phone on site we can send it to Nokia for repair on your behalf.

Out Of Warranty (all mobile phones)

If you phone does not meet the criteria above it is then out of warranty

i.e.

It has a broken screen
It is over a year old
It has liquid damage
It has been repaired by a non-nokia qualified repair centre

We can repair the phone for you at your expense – if we are unable to repair your phone we will not charge you (except carriage)

For some out of warranty repairs we need the phone for 24 hrs and repairs to liquid damaged phones can take up to 48hrs
