Software upgrades reset the information and settings in your phone including downloaded ring tones, graphics, photographs and phone numbers stored on the phone. (Information stored to the Sim card or memory card is not affected).
Please note it is your responsibility to back up all information prior to a software upgrade as we are unable to guarantee it will be saved.
